Hallloweeenn Cupcakes!

Since the weather wasnt in our favor this year for Trick or Treating, I promised my kids they could do something fun in their costumes instead! Even though this recipe is from Duncan Hines I wanted to post it because the kids look awfully cute in their costumes!

1. Here is batman with the cake mix! (You will need to start preheating the oven to 375°F)

2. Next we poured the mix into a large bowl!

3. In this step you can see Batman and Kitty Cat adding 3 large eggs :)

3. Then add 1 1/3 cups water!

4. Now, add 1T veg. oil ( I always add a little extra about half a tablespoon for extra moistness)

5. Mix it up!

6. Batman and Kitty Cat taste testing the batter ♥

7. All the cupcake liners are ready for the batter!

8. Pour the batter into cupcake liners (I learned this trick from Matts mom and cousin, pour the batter into a ziplock and cut a small hole at one of the ends, works great to get cups filled with little mess)

9. Kitty Cat waves byebye as the cupcakes go into the oven! Bake cupcakes at 375°F for 21-24 until toothpick comes out clean.

10. Remove from oven, allow to cool. And decorate! :) Batmans favorite part!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
