1. Of course, first, you will need a turkey!
2. Make sure to remove the giblets and wash it real good.
3. I chopped up some veggies to go inside since I had a different stuffing recipe. (Then I forgot to make the stuffing, completely forgot! Who does that?!)
4. I melted half a cup of butter, 2 sprigs thyme, lots of salt and pepper. Do make sure to rub lots in and outside of the bird first! (I bought my turkey last minute so I didnt have time to brine.)
5. I bought a large aluminum turkey tray to cook it in. I put my buttered turkey in, surround it with the veggies, tie legs together and tuck wings underneath. (I was bad, I didnt get pictures of everything! But I added a cup of white wine at the bottom and some water so that the bottom of the tray had liquid. This helped the flavor of gravy too!)
6. Here is the finished bird, ready to eat! And it was delish, you can ask any of the 20 people that attended our Thanksgiving dinner ;)
