Cabbage You Cant Get Enough Of

I will eat cabbage, but I have never eaten cabbage like tonight. Good lord, this recipe is amazing! The only downside is its not at all a last minute recipe, it takes about 45 minutes to cook. It can go into rotation with artichoke for side dishes you have to plan ahead for.

1. Maybe I shouldn't write 1 because its kinda the only step...But its still really good and you have to try it! Just cut a head of cabbage about 1inch thick, lay them out on a cookie sheet, drizzle olive oil over the top, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add some celery salt and bake at 400° for 45minutes. Yum yum yum!

INGREDIENTS: cabbage, salt and pepper, celery salt, olive oil.

♥ I swear we are going to eat this until we are sick of it, then probably make it one more time ♥
